A stylish way to help keep your home cool
My husband and I moved into our home a few years ago. One of the many surprises we found was that the sun blasted into the front windows in our living room and dining room really heating the place up in the summer. We had just had new hardwood floors installed and feared that they’d fade. We decided to have awnings for outdoor windows installed. We had retractable awnings installed that helped cut down on the heat and are helping to prevent our beautiful hardwood floors from fading.
