It has basically been proven that the growth of any company or business in todays world is assured of growth and profit if they have a knowledge management put into place in their working environment. With out this, the company or business would not grow with the rest of technology or with the processes that are constantly being created. There has been very smart people that have said, “You are never too old or too smart in order to learn something new” or a real familiar one, “You learn something new everyday”. If this knowledge is not saved or shared for someone else to use it, then was it really something good?  Simply not tracking the information in use in a business is silly and wastes opportunity.  Definitely consider making knowledge mgmt one of your business priorities even if it seems unpopular or not as useful in a small business - it still can be very important.
