Organization Structural Changes Example

Any organization has its own structure, which is represented in a structural chart. It is a pattern in which the management power is delegated from the top level of management to the bottom level of the management. Any organizational change, insists a need for the organizational structure changes. A common example could be the conversion of an organization from public sector to private sector, which needs a change to be done on the designations and the proper delegation of the managerial power. Other forms of structural changes could be to merge teams, change the number of heads in a section and many more. The aim is that when a new structural pattern is adopted a new network is created, which would motivate the employees to achieve the new goal or the objective set.
