One of the four factors of a network system is the Operation factor. This part of the network management system nms deals with how the network runs. It makes sure that everything within the system and the network runs smoothly and it watches for any kind of faults that may occur during the operation and it tries to catch and fix these faults before any users on the network are affected by them. If the actual network management system cannot contain and fix the problem itself, then it will send a message to the administrator of the fault and then the problem will be their responsibility.
