The scores that you will get on the exams that you have to take in order to get any one of the oracle certifications are not like the test scores that you get in regular school. The Oracle Corporation use to have this on a scaled type of scoring where due to the amount of points each question was, there was a total of 800 points that you could get and the scale ranged from 200 to 800. 620 was the passing score but due to the points on each of the tests varying, they stopped that type of scoring and now you just get a raw score. Similarly, the pmi certification exam is based on a raw score. The scoring system was updated to better reflect current training methods.
