My mother is a professional artist, but so far she really hasn't used the computer to design anything. Lately she has started trying to win t-shirt design contests. She is still creating her art on paper though, so we have to scan it, resize it, and save it in another format in order to submit her entries. I thought it might be nice to get her some drawing software to try out. Which program would work best for a professional artist? I was thinking I could have my sister get her a graphics tablet to go with the software so she wouldn't have to get used to using the mouse to draw.
