There are a number of rapid weight loss programs available but everyone is different so not all of them will work. Some people will lose weight faster than others which is perfectly normal and is not an indication of failure. Some flexibility may be required in the exercise component of the program to increase the difficulty level if the weight isn't being lost as quickly as expected. Listen as the body speaks, because each and every person’s metabolism reacts differently to the various weight loss programs so try substituting one program for another to compensate for the body's reaction.
