How do you know that you have developed stomach fat that’s beyond the permissible limits? Just measure your waist. Don’t go by those mathematical calculations of Body Mass Index and waist to hip ratio. Your waist size is what you should be bothered about. This matters even more than your actual weight, in case you are overweight. Normally for women, the maximum waist size you could stretch to is 34.6 inches, and 40 inches for men. But this is just an average and you can probably do better by just looking at your body. After all, you know your body best!
