I need a summarized version of the Health Care Reform Bill, Because I am confused as to what to believe

    roaminn on 19 June, 2010 at 7:21 pm #

@UNLebanon Absolutely. To call your show “the no spin zone” is a clever idea but it is so disinguinely and ridiculously untrue. Similarly, Fox News saying their “fair and balanced” is the same dishonest slogan. Some say MSNBC is equally biased for liberals. Such a logical fallacy…the comparison is not EVEN CLOSE! MSNBC may lean left but it does its share of bashing Democrats. Fox however will bury stories that make Reublicans look bad. Journalism? Pa-lease!!!

    UNLebanon on 20 June, 2010 at 1:08 pm #

@fanadfilms Great ad hominem argument. Are all your rebuttals this short?

    UNLebanon on 22 June, 2010 at 12:28 pm #

@roaminn What O’Reilly fails to indicate is that there are left leaning and right leaning independents. So that 43% is not an indication of either side. And yet, O’Reilly lumps it with the 8% Democrat to elude to a 51% liberal turnout. Anyone can see that 49% Republican is the majority because it is larger than 8% or 43%. But Mr. “No Spin” doesn’t want the tea partiers to be labeled as conservative so he combines the 8% and 43%. How can anyone think O’Reilly has no spin?

    charms71 on 23 June, 2010 at 10:56 am #

The lies O’reilly tells every night! I mean the guy is smart and is the best at what he does on cable but when facts are studied…he’s usually wrong.
Those polls o’reilly refered too…wasnt that the same poll that projected Mccain /palin as winners? lol

    iamsosquid on 26 June, 2010 at 4:21 am #

    Independents,huh Bill-o?
Funny, how right up until a black guy was elected, these same ass clowns were republican.
Jesus, how fucking stupid are these people to believe such utter and unabashed bullshit?
Seriously, the conservative movement in The United States needs a complete overhaul from top to bottom.
First step: If you didn’t graduate high school, you don’t get in.
That should eliminate about 80 percent of “the base”.

    roaminn on 27 June, 2010 at 8:25 pm #

@UNLebanon Imagine how blind such a survey would be.,.. If the tea party was accused of being mostly Rebublican and someone on the tea party was asked what side they we was on… of course many will lie and say…..uhhhh…I’m independent!
And I love how they can depseprately come up white one black guy and say …see…its not all white on the tea party…see….see!!!! As if one black represents a diversity!

    roaminn on 29 June, 2010 at 12:13 pm #

The passge “Its not the media’s job to engineer political thinking”… O’Reilly on Fox is making that statement? Are you serious? It is so pathetically disingenious, as that is what Fox does brilliantly in pushing the Republican agenda and bashing Democrats at every turn. They quote the statistic hat Tea party is independents….did they also mention that a large % believe Obabma wasn’t born in the U.S.? Of course not, Fair and balanced? what a joke.

    Stamm32089 on 1 July, 2010 at 12:42 am #

Fox News - Fair & Balanced

    LOL

    elmirasahar on 4 July, 2010 at 1:16 am #

    @idlefritz lol. nice.

    WisconsinParkour on 4 July, 2010 at 6:04 pm #

7:52 is just fine. They are calling us stupid instead of insinuating it like most other politicians. If you want to call me stupid, have the balls to fking do it…

    idlefritz on 7 July, 2010 at 2:03 pm #

An independent study shows that while only 10% of Tea Party members are outwardly racist, 100% are dumber than a car full of Palins. I report, you decide.

    UNLebanon on 7 July, 2010 at 6:28 pm #

8% Democrat is not exactly what I called a balanced demographic, O’Reilly.

And I love how he claims that all the negative things about the tea party are unfair or untrue. Do another poll, O’Reilly. You’ll find that Tea Partiers have no clue about what they are protesting or are flat out hypocrites.

Oh no! I said something bad about the tea party! I must be a liberal, OMG!
    :P

    web45 on 11 July, 2010 at 4:04 am #

@vanidar21 Reconsider standpoints? Which? “whoareyapauldunn” I believe from his U tube page is a blind leftists, black power backer, he’s nothing to worry about. I know the truth about my country and we need to fix it, unlike others who do nothing. Free speech is and should be for all, anywhere in the world.

    vanidar21 on 13 July, 2010 at 9:51 am #

@web45 anyone could understand that, in fact the most western countries have as many, and the same, liberties and rights that the U.S. has although they might be written down in a different language and form. Freedom of speech is a human right that is widely accepted in the world, not exclusively American. While I do not support the violent ways in which whoareyapauldunn is attacking you, I think that you should reconsider some of your standpoints. FYI, I’m 17 and from Germany.

    fanadfilms on 16 July, 2010 at 2:36 pm #

You are such a stupid lefty moron. You have no clue.

    whoareyapauldunn on 17 July, 2010 at 5:11 am #

@web45 AGAIN nothing with any substance? You got anything to actually say or you going to make up a scenario to help your pathetic cause? Your logic is childish to say the least.

    djzacmaniac on 17 July, 2010 at 4:33 pm #

    2:51 - Lol!!!!!!

    ChristianMission on 20 July, 2010 at 4:06 pm #

But then that is your entire point; you criticize FOX news for supposedly doing it but you end up doing the same. Uncle Tom democrats? So any Democrat that disagree with the Democratic Party and agrees with some Republican stance is now an Uncle Tom? This is just an ad hominem attack. Just because someone’s a Democrat doesn’t mean they have to blindly follow the party line.

    ChristianMission on 20 July, 2010 at 9:38 pm #

Most large movements will have some undesired people affiliating with it; what liberals tend to do is spin the worst acts of specific members of a movement with which they disagree as indicative of the entire movement. We saw this with Tiller’s murder exploited to denigrate the pro life movement; yet, when pro abortionists commit violence, it’s not even news. Focusing on some extremists in the Tea Party simply diverts attention from the core issue it represents, which is fiscal conservatism.

    AlexisFather on 20 July, 2010 at 11:33 pm #

    … “Uncle Tom Democrats”…lol

    CarnivorousFilms on 24 July, 2010 at 3:53 am #
